- The applicable clearing period is captured when the commission is earned.
- A legitimate referral attached to a business remains attributed; another Partner cannot overwrite it.
- Self-referrals, manipulated signups and fraudulent referrals are prohibited.
- Refunds and reversals may affect commissions under the Partner Terms.

What is the KipBiz Partner Program?
It rewards eligible introductions of businesses to KipBiz with a one-time commission on the business’s first eligible successful paid subscription.
Who can become a Partner?
People who can make legitimate, relevant business introductions may register when applications are open, subject to the Partner Program Terms and eligibility requirements.
Does it cost anything to join?
There is no Partner registration fee in the current signup process. A Partner account is separate from a business subscription.
How do I refer a business?
Sign in to your Partner Dashboard and share your unique referral link or code. The business must register legitimately with valid attribution.
When do I earn commission?
When an eligible referred business completes its first successful paid KipBiz subscription while the program is active, subject to the program rules.
Do I earn commission when someone registers?
No. Registration alone does not earn commission.
Do I earn commission during the free trial?
No. A free trial is not an eligible paid subscription. A failed payment also earns no commission.
Is the commission recurring?
No. Commission is one-time only per referred business.
Do I earn commission on renewals or upgrades?
No. Renewals, upgrades, subsequent payments and later billing cycles do not earn additional Partner commission.
How much commission can I earn?
The current rate is 0.00% of an eligible first subscription payment. Use the calculator for an estimate. Earnings depend on eligible conversions and are not guaranteed.
When does commission become available?
The current clearing period is 30 days. The applicable period is captured when a commission is earned; availability remains subject to the program rules.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The current minimum is NGN 0.00. Meeting this threshold does not bypass verification or other withdrawal requirements.
How are withdrawals paid?
The V1 framework uses Paystack transfers in NGN to verified Nigerian bank accounts. Self-service withdrawal requests and transfer execution are not yet available in the Partner portal. No payout speed is guaranteed.
Can I use any Nigerian bank account?
A verified Nigerian bank account meeting the program’s payout requirements is required. Bank verification is not yet available in the Partner portal.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited. Fraudulent or manipulated referrals are also prohibited.
How long does referral attribution last?
The current referral cookie window is 30 days. Browser cookie availability affects capture. Once a legitimate referral is attached to a business, that attribution is retained; the cookie window does not create repeat commissions.
Can another Partner take over my referral?
A legitimate referral already attached to a business cannot be overwritten by another Partner. Before attachment, valid referral capture follows the program’s attribution rules.
What if the customer’s payment is refunded or reversed?
Refunds and reversals can affect commission eligibility and balances under the Partner Program Terms.
Can KipBiz change the commission rate?
Yes. The applicable rate is captured when each eligible commission is earned. Changing the current rate does not recalculate historical earned commissions.
Where can I track referrals and earnings?
Sign in to the Partner Dashboard to see your referral link, balances, already-paid totals and saved payout-account details. The referral history page shows your referred businesses.
What happens when registrations or the program are paused?
Closed registrations prevent new Partner signups. An inactive program also stops new referral tracking and new commissions. Existing Partners can still sign in to view their accounts and history.
